Trade Account Frequently Asked Questions – CCM Online

We have provided answers to the most common questions below, however if you cannot find the answer here, please do get in touch with your Account Manager.


If you are interested in setting up a Trade Account please complete our online application form. One of our Support Team will be in touch to discuss your application within 2 working days. 
If you are unable to access you account please contact your Account Manager who will be able to assist you.


Yes, with a Trade Account you will have the option to pay by bank transfer if you wish.
Once a Trade Account is setup and a trade relationship has been established, credit accounts are available if required, upon completion of the relevant credit request form. If you wish to apply for a credit account, please get in touch with your Account Manager. 
Yes we are able to supply VAT invoices and these are available on your online account and on your order confirmation. 


All delivery options for Trade Account holders are bespoke to meet their needs, however if you have an issue with your delivery or wish to amend your delivery please contact your Account Manager.
We are  able to send your order to where you need it to go. If you provide the delivery address details at the point of ordering we would be happy to deliver your order direct for you.
