How it works
Three steps, no surprises.
Pick your plan
Choose the services you need.
We visit on schedule
Inspect, adjust, and give you a written report.
You approve repairs
At your member rate. No surprises.
Who we serve
Four kinds of buildings, four ways to cover them.
Four agreements
Find the one sized to you
Agreements are sorted by how many buildings you run, not by how much you want to spend. Every one of them waives the diagnostic fee, puts you on a scheduled visit cycle, and drops your labor rate below the $200 non-member rate.

The Customer Portal
Every agreement comes with a portal account. It is where you raise work, watch it move, approve the priced items from your inspection report, and find the paperwork six months later without calling to ask for it again.
Set up at your first visit.
Your buildings, openings and fixtures are loaded from the first inspection, so the portal knows your property before you log in.
Invitation email.
One link, set a password, you’re in. Nothing to install and nothing to configure.
Add whoever needs it.
Managers, maintenance staff, or whoever reports problems. Each gets their own login.
Submitting a ticket
- ✓Pick the opening from your own list — no describing which door, we already have it catalogued
- ✓Attach photos from your phone — the single biggest thing that speeds up a repair
- ✓Set urgency, add a note, submit
- ✓Confirmation with a ticket number, timestamped the moment it lands
Tracking the work
- ✓Every open ticket with its current status and scheduled date
- ✓Approve priced items straight from your inspection report — approval is recorded with your name and the date
- ✓Technician notes and before/after photos as work is completed
- ✓Invoice history, each line tied back to the work order
- ✓Full history by property and by opening
Why a portal ticket moves faster than a phone call.
A call becomes a message someone has to transcribe, interpret and place. A portal ticket arrives already attached to the right building and the right opening, timestamped, with photos. That lets us triage before anyone drives anywhere — often we can see which part is needed and bring it on the first visit instead of the second. Your agreement’s response priority is applied automatically the moment the ticket lands.

Common questions
What does a visit include?
Inspecting and adjusting is included in agreement visits. If something needs repair or replacement, it’s billed hourly at your member rate — and only after you approve it from the written report. Materials are never included.
Are materials included?
No. Materials are never included in a plan or a visit. Due to price fluctuations, materials will be evaluated, priced and quoted on the estimate you receive based on the work we are performing. We typically mark materials up 20% from retail; this markup may be more if there are extra surcharges, shipping, tariffs, or fees.
What counts as an opening?
Plans are sized by the amount of openings (doors) and fixtures (toilets) they cover — for example, Storefront Care covers one location (address) with up to 6 openings and 4 fixtures. Please see our What’s Included section for more info.
How do emergencies work?
Emergency diagnostics are $360 — that rate applies to members too, even though the regular $180 diagnostic fee is waived for them. After-hours means before 7am or after 5pm on weekdays, plus weekends and holidays; after-hours labor is $300/hr. Materials not included.
Can I cancel?
Yes. See the full cancellation and refund policy in our Terms of Service.
Do you work outside the 4 counties?
We quote outside the service area case by case.
